This is a very simple and generic guide that was written in under 10 minutes.
I will go over a few different strategies for height maxxing during puberty (open growth plates needed ofc) .
1 - MK-677/Ibutamoren - This drug does work. It is completely ORAL, no injections needed. Sure - Its effectiveness might not be as great as HGH, but it elevates HGH levels and stimulates more production of it directly in the pituitary gland. You arent injecting man made chemicals into yourself, but stimulating your own body to produce more of it. This in turn will lead to a significantly higher average HGH level in your blood, and because of this you also elevate IGF-1 levels.
Risks
- Hunger (You get hungrier and if you cant control yourself, you will turn into an obese chud)
- Blood Glucose / Insulin Resistance - Some people recommend Berberine whilst on it to counteract these effects - personally I think Berberine is a shit idea because it suppresses IGF-1 anyways, so you work against the MK by taking it. DYOR for other options.
Dosage
- 20MG daily, morning or evening - most prefer evening doses to minimize the hunger effects.
- Start lower if you know you have lots of allergies.
2 - GABA is an amino acid found in the brain, spinal cord, and elsewhere in the body, where it functions as a neurotransmitter and sends signals around your brain.
As a well-known calming agent for your brain and central nervous system, there is research showing that it could also ease stress and promote sleep.
Interestingly, it may also help increase your HGH levels. In fact, one study found that taking a GABA supplement led to a 400% increase in HGH at rest and a 200% increase following exercise. Some research also suggests that GABA may also help improve sleep. This could potentially increase HGH levels, as nighttime growth hormone release is linked to sleep quality.
Risks
- None that I am aware of, just dont take to much and dont take other prescription medications while on it (MK is fine)

- Just buy a bottle and take one pill from it, they are generally all the same dosage.
