Today is my first day over here...im about 20 and i want to grow taller(im already 6ft 3) what routine do i use to gain maximum height...i want to reach 6ft 4 atleast, Im vegetarian (unfortunately)(if i cant grow my legs i can grow my torso right?)what worked for y'all??i know this is a brutal forum...
Dont recommend some stupid things like wearing height Insoles,etc etc...if anyone has a pdf of a method(peakmethod,formula188cm,etc)and it worked for them please share!!!
