I am willing to be a testing mule for ANY height maxxing methods. I’m 171 cm at 17 years and 6 months. I want to get to at least 175 cm ideally. I will literally do ANYTHING that isn’t Hgh injections or unreasonably expensive.

Idk if my growth plates are closed (to find out i’m gonna have to spend like over £100 to ask a private clinic in the UK) However I think I am still somewhat growing (I was measuring at around 168 cm a year ago)

Calculate your needs of nutrients and stick to eat

HGH isnt expensive from grey sources, also your 17 and 6 months you wont grow more than 2cms if you extremely lucky to even reach 2cms maybe maximum 0.5-1cm

6-12 months minimum on higher doses but its not worth it, you wont notice a 0.5-1cm difference. few months supply costs at 8ius a day would cost me upwards of £250+ (per 3-4 months)

You can, just cut slowly 500 cal deficit max, get in your nutrients also you can eat maintenance and just do 10k steps a day and get that same deficit (not saying hes going to gain any height but people can do that)
