If your plates are open follow one of the various heightmaxxing guides that employ pharmacology
if plates are nearly closed or are in fact closed... wage slave and save up for limb lengthening in your early 20s or preferably late teens
I already have 15 k saved and will get limb lengthening done when I am 19.5
edit lifts and shoes that provide good increase in height like timbs or air max
