I was joking but tbh I don't know any methods I just wear work boots (adds an inch) and claim to be 2 inches taller than I actually am

But if you're in the manlet zone (below 8 foot), I'd consider leg lengthening surgery

You won't be able to walk normally for at least 2 years if you LL, and you also have a permanent loss of range of motion of your legs.
It's the only lookmaxxing surgery that actually leaves you handicapped afterwards it's the worst
