I'm 18y 2m. Previously 181cm (5'11 something) idk about now.
It's been a little over 2 months since im on carnivore (more like animal-based) diet. I got back home after 3 moths of absence and I deadass I think I grew a cm or two. At first, people started telling me that I look taller then I started noticing that people I used to be the same height with are ever so slightly (2-3 cm) shorter than me, barefoot, flat surface.
That, after not growing for like a year. Also, this January I checked my growth plates (wrist x-ray) and they were closed. My hands are lowkey small-ish so I hope it's just the wrist and my legs are growing. Gonna do another femur and tibia x-ray and blast everything under the sun if they're open
No, I wasn't malnourished prior to carnivore. I ate relatively well
