I’m 18, 181.5cm. Grew 1cm in past 3 months. I’m trying to fix forward head posture and lose significant amount of body fat, which should both hopefully increase measurable height. My goal is 185cm. I am thinking of running ipamorelin for 8 weeks then cycling sermorelin afterwards. Does anyone have any advice on these peptides or knows a better alternative. I want to avoid using human growth hormone because I have a family history of CTS.

Just take hgh , ghrh are cope especially at ur age , also hgh certainly don’t make u tall if ur taking it exogenously u can get few cms but not much from it
