Yeah, I've been on gluco/chondro for a few months now. Just turned 22, but I've been on exemestane since the beginning of 2019. I don't use any decompression techniques. My only hope is that the ring apophysis in my thoracic and lumbar vertebra are not all sealed. As far as I'm aware, once the plates are sealed it's a done deal.
