I train my shin every night trying to create micro fractures and then drink milk with honey, anyone knows if this works?am i coping?

This is complete cope. Nothing will work during puberty to make you gain height unless its a lot of pharma grade HGH and even then it's questionable.

No idea why you'd think drinking milk + honey will make you grow.

Bonesmashing will also not help you grow.

That would just be like lifts but it's in your feet

It would be like that if bonesmashing worked, but bonesmashing doesnt work so your heels arent gonna grow

Also if they were to grow your posture would be fucked up and you would have anterior pelvic tilt

what about the rustram akhemotov method? He claims he grew from 5'4 to 6'2 using it. Is there anyone who's received any results by doing it?

Just looked it up. When stretches and swimming are a main part of the routine for growing you know it's cope. Obviously healthy diet and stuff are essential for maximizing the amount of height you'd get during puberty but there is 0 chance he grew from 5'4 to 6'2 if he was out of puberty doing this method. Did he do it all during puberty? Some people are late bloomers and actually grow really tall even if they're short, but they just do so at like 19. My father was like 5'6 at 19 yrs old and grew to 6'2 just because of genetics. Height is purely genetic with just a few environmental/diet related factors that could influence it ever so slightly.

It was pure genetics then. There are special occasions where people can grow very late in their life but it all depends on when they start puberty and such. It's genetics. Definitely didn't happen because of stretching, swimming, and jogging.
