What’s the best way to grow during puberty. I’m 14, currently 5’10(179cm) and my dad’s side is pretty tall also. Dad:6’4(194cm) Grandpa:6’2(188cm) but I think he used to be taller and my uncle:6’7(201cm). The only problem is my mom’s side is really short, I don’t think there is a single person above 5’6. I’m sadly not able to take drugs (including mk677) which sucks, but is there anyway I can max through diet and maybe micro fractures because i don’t know if those are cope or not.
