As of now I’m 182ish cm and I want to get to 186 cm. I’m 16 and a half and I haven’t seen growth in about a year. My routine will be Serbian jumps for 10 minutes a day followed by 20 pound ankle weight hangs on each leg, sleep with the ankle weights on hanging, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin D3 surplus, and dead hangs. Is there any hope or is it cope? Also if you got any more tips please hit me up
