If i am 5 foot 8 and a half (174 cm) at 18 am I genuinely cooked? I have considered MK or CJC but is it too late - I heard limbs don’t stop growing until later. Obviously I could just fraud to about 5’11 but is there any way I could actually grow?
My dad is about 5 foot 8 and I would say my mum is 5 foot 3.

Probably just hgh but check if ur growth plates are open

Ask you parents for better genetics atp nothing u can do

I would suggest you should start pinning before it’s too late. You’re in your prime years it’s not late for you

I did soccer, basketball and track and field. My diet back then was just lowk protein and processed rubbish but i was like 9.
Yeah you need to hop on GH peptides and inject growth hormone at the same time. Eat the primal diet consisting of raw milk, raw eggs, raw meats to increase your nutrient uptake.
