im just gonna assume you weigh 157 tbh
at 157 your min dose would be 7.32iu and max would be 14.34iu, so 10 is a good amount
the gym is probably good for insulin sensitivity but its not gonna directly grow you
make sure your igf1 z score is at +2.0, above is acromegalic and below is unoptimal

in clinical trials its just given at 1mg for everyone

for 6 months to 2 years usually, but really just until the plates are closed

standard prescription is just 1mg daily in clinical trial shit iirc
get blood testing done and change your dose depending on how you respond
