All ways to heightmaxx that I found, gains and possible consequences -

"Tall" haircut: Gets you a maximum height gain of 2 inches, but can look bad depending on your face shape.
Leg lengthening surgery: Gets you a height gain of 3 inches. If you go beyond that, your body proportions will be fucked up.
Relaxin: Gets you a maximum height gain of 3 inches, but makes your hips wider. You should also framemaxx if going to take relaxin.
Height frauding shoes + lifts: Gets you a height gain of 4 inches before looking obvious, but will force you to always wear monochromatic clothes in order to make it less noticeable.
Stretching: The gains vary on how fucked your posture is, but there are no consequences. Everyone should do it.
LSJL: The gains seem to vary a lot and I didn't find any side effects. Do your own research before trying it.
