it depends, if ur stood alone u can still look attractive to women with a shit frame and height but good face. but if ur stood next to a guy who's 6'4with a good frame even if his face is average, if ur really good looking but 5'7 and bad frame you will get mogged so brutally and the women won't want it imo

I literally didn’t even realize how important height was until I was around 18-20, when I came across this topic on a YouTube video.
Maybe that was harmful in the long run, since my diet and sleep were both lackluster during development.

Even with below-average to average height, I was still successful back then, with women consistently approaching me.
A lot of the issue comes from men making height such a big deal.
Women can sense and feel your insecurity. Since I didn’t show any of that- because I was completely unaware at the time, it never even became a topic.

Height is obviously very important, but guys obsessing over it 24/7, when they go outside, and comparing themselves to every man or woman they encounter doesn’t really help their attractiveness. Women can easily tell when you’re an insecure ass.
