You can get 10cm on both Segments and "run".
But 7cm femur seems to be where you get most lenght and retain 99% of your atletic ability after 2 years.
Tibias. You can as long as you dont need a release surgery. If you need an ATL then you will lose as mich as 80% of your atletic ability

I aim for a wheight of 45-50kg.
That wheight is enough to be in crutches the entire time.
Second of all for the 7cm i described you will normally lengthen 90-100 days.
Depending on your heeling cababilities you need 10-200 days to walk again after that. So i assume i need 4 months since i am not a oldcel
Also in this time i will probably learn a lot for uni and do stretches/ stationary biking.
