I would say nowadays of gen z the majoirty or guys are heightpilled. They know height is important and that girls want tall guys. They however are still bluepilled, either beliving their personality can outshine their height
Or the can just get Buffet with muscle mass. They know its importance on a Marco level but fail to understand it on a Individual level. If they feel the need they will lie about their height, leading to woman and other men not understand what the avg height is and how tall people are.
Even the bluest normie will add 1-2 inch to their height, i have seen as much
