We're exactly the same, I used to believe I was 5'10 or smth until I found out I was 5'8, devastated, I looked for ways to get taller, I ate a shit ton of meat and protein, I did pull ups, hangs and I literally used to sleep 10-11 hours cause I wanted to be 185cm so bad and I actually believed it was achievable at the time JFL, not even close, as time went on I remained the same height, and now on my door wall, I get reminded of my brutal delusion as my exact height and name is marked with a marker there, it was marked maybe 7 years ago, and when I stand Infront it, I don't seem to be any taller....

Not for me, I switch between 173 and 172 constantly, so pretty much one day I'm 5'8 flat and one day I'm 5'7.7, but I like to say I'm 5'8 anyway

Do you have bad posture? If u fix APT and all that u can gain 1cm back. Then from 5-6 cm elevator shoes you can be 178-179 at night.
