You will be at a steep disadvantage but a lot of it can be salvageable because height sets the tone for first impressions, and things aren't immutable as you have some headroom to shift away from the negative perceptions.

exactly, if you are short, there are some ways to lessen the blow and still have a masculine presence. if you are short, small frame, feminine face, you've basically lost on all fronts. things may be salvageable, but if you have lived like that for a couple decades, your self esteem and your perception of where you fit in the hierarchy are nuked to the ground. you'd likely always be the one that people pick on, people take less seriously. and at some point the mental damage is worse than actually being that small and feminine. and in some people's minds, they may be convinced that there is no changing that an accept their position and forever be down in the dumps.

the realisation this is true is also one of the hardest things to swallow, it’s hypocritical to say it’s unfair when in truth everyone does it, i know for a fact i’ve said rude things about a person because of the way they look to my friends, it’s just the way it is.

also i find the way you look may also change how easily a persons perception of you can be altered over time, people are always going to want to give the good looking person a second chance but the ugly person with an ugly personality? it’s like it was expected
