Is there any way to decrease the slowing down the compression of the spine? Im 184cm and by the end of the day i reach 179cm, i feel like a fucking cuck when i measure myself (i have a line at 184cm) and i see im visibly shorter, not that i have problems with girls about it i just tell them im 187 and that works cuz were either outside or in bed so they dont notice it much, but yeah idek what to do also my new gfs dad is 191, ill meet her at evening, if im next to her dad ill look like 170cm what the fuck do i even do atp, i wanna rope she thinks im 187cm btw
