u dont need to worry about height bro because you are still growing. try dead hangs or sprints,sleep on your back,try to maintain a good body posture and get eough nutrients and rest depends on ur genetics

You might still have a solid year of growth left. Wouldnt get your hopes up but it's definitely possible for you to squeeze an extra couple inches if you're lucky, which would be a pretty solid difference even if it doesn't sound like it.
