holy shit even I'm envy of you but I'm 6'1 tho. Don't you wish sometimes to be a little bit (1-2 inch) smaller bc of the back pain it can cause? cuz sometimes my spine gets so fuckin weird and it hurts so bad after I wake up in a bad sleeping position

i have zero pain in my back, i keep a straight posture no matter what i do so that could contribute to the zero pain

my back sometimes hurts after sleeping awkwardly but i just do a bit of stretching like arching my back a bit and it usually goes away

aight thanks g my pains usually get solved when I do chin tucks at a wall / neck pulls in bed but even those don't help if my neck is too farly dropped above my wrist
