When is it over in your opinion?

I'm 183cm (6"0.5) with tiny insoles and shoes on so around 179cm barefoot
I'm 18 and live in Germany, is it over?
I get towered over sometimes in Germany but for example in Ibiza while partying i noticed i was top 10% of guys height even tho i was the youngest
