He ascended hard and developed superhuman strength thanks to bonesmashing. Can i do this too to ascend not only my face but strengthmaxxing too?

If u bonesmash hardcore for years (not just gently tapping your body with a hammer, but really fuckin breaking your bones) you can ascend like he did and get major poon
