held eye contact with two htbs on the street .
not at the same time obv but in the span of 5 mins.
the first one it was us locking eyes and looking away like 4 times and then walking past each other.
and the second time with sum other htb we locked eyes for like 5 secs and i got super nervous for sum reason and my heart rate went up to 180.
why tf do i get so nervous over eye contact and how to fix ts . cuz obviously if i wanted to approach her or if she approached me i wouldn’t be able to speak with her cuz i got extremely nervous for no reason .
