Imagine being the flight engineer who was testing the aircraft pressurisation and left it on manual (should be on auto)
Then in flight, both pilots miss it on the preflight checklist, they leave it on auto.
The plane depressurises mid flight, everyone becomes hypoxic and unconscious except 1 flight attendant (male).
F16 fighter jets catch up with the jet thinking it's been hijacked.
Both pilots slumped over the controls. A man is seen with an oxygen mask on trying to fly the plane but it runs out of fuel, crashes and everyone dies.
The flight engineer ends up getting criminally charged with manslaughter. Has an 8 year legal battle and is eventually acquited.
