You're in a house of mirrors. The mirrors are other people's judgement of you. When you look at a mirror, you're viewing yourself from the judgment and perception of other people. All fine and good if the mirror is like one you have at home in your bathroom.

Now let's say the mirror looks like this:

The view you have of yourself is distorted. You can only see yourself as the object of other people's distorted perception of you. You're trapped within them and you're in hell.
Have self awareness and shape your own self image that isn't only defined by other people and you won't be trapped in your own hell.
