Hella cheap genio in Prague

"Perfect Clinic" in Prague, supposedly only 2K euros for a sliding genioplasty. Anyone had any experience with them, their surgeons seem pretty good. Im not sure should I risk with them or go to Spain for 4-5K euros, the 2K seems too sketchy for sure.
