You’ve got about 2 years until your plates fuse you can get an ai like armidex or you can consume natural ais like zinc or dim well dim isn’t a ai it just converts more potent versions of estrogen into weaker forms cool thing zinc a dim are very easy to get id just be careful with inhibiting estrogen too much because there’s alot of side affects to doing that but if you can keep it low your plates will stay open longer while you do other things like hgh
