I slightly reduced the horizontal overprojection as well as the dorsal hump in this morph, what do you think? Would you reccomend using the money on a different surgery for side profile, or do you have any other ideas? Feedback is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

How is the nose looking from the front profile a surgery for that little amount of change is not worth it but let me see the front tho

You need tip plasty as well your nose is bulbous from the front.

So you'd say its worth it? also to straighten it? Its slightly crooked. So: reduce projection, hump removal, tip plasty and straightening. Thx for the help

I agree on my thin lips failo! Could you clarify what I need to focus on to get clearer skin? I know its very personalized to each person what works with them but what visually should I strive for? Less pores visible, more "shine"? can you define? sorry for autism
