dark lips are a phenotypical feature and you cant "fix" it without lipstick (even then i dont know how well itd help)

Exfoliating, hydration, rose vaseline, tinted lip balm, etc go a long way

Kerala is one of my favourite states,
Mostly because its more communist and tends to help its people.

I'm really sorry for that,Most of the people like that lives in North part they're illiterate and have 0 civics sense.People like that shouldnt get passport to other foreign countries
