ive been hating myself for the past 2-3 years now,i am 16
i have bad eyes ( they are downturned when i go outside,only when i go outside tho),fatty face,bad jaw,bad weight(59 kg 173 cm),bad hair (straightest type ever,gets greasy in 8 hours,if i have short hair and style it its for nothing,styling doesnt work),im also an annoying guy and i am so pathetic,i dont know what to do anymore,i dont think i can live like this,i cant go outside without throwing up from stress about my looks.

first of all start with liking yourself second 173cm at 16 isnt bad at all i would say bulk for 2 years then cut and maintain now u got great physquie and ur face will improve much more bonemass and some other shit idk but gym improves ur test and test improves the face so do that and haircut idk try some things

First of all please get rid of the mullet,try relaxing your eyebrows if you haven't, if you haven't had braces those can help with recession, also your only talking bout the bad parts of your face never the good parts, that's probably why you're worried about your looks so much, for example I have pretty boy looks with a huge nose bump and I always thought it was over for me until I realized it isn't that bad and I stopped worrying about it. Mental health is a factor because If you hate yourself for 2-3 years its clear that you can't do shit anymore. Look at your high-set zygos your nose to mouth ratio your thick eyebrows your alright chin from the front, you have a lot of potential. Try getting wavy hair perm(not curly it wont suit you), try getting a healthy diet with 3 potassium to 1 sodium ratio for debloating. Stay at your weight for a bit while debloating to lose face fat, them you can starting building body mass when being debloated (and having hollow cheeks). I want you to start right now motivated(and don't fucking listen to incels on here trying to drag you down) because if you're depressed you can't improve because your exhausted. your alright chin is crazy work bro but good tips ngl also i relate so much with the nose bump as a pretty boy myself i still hate the bump tho

how did u stop worrying about the nose bump for me i think every feature is above average but the nose from the side just fucks me

Idk I just always thought that it was horrible and it was over because of the nose but then I saw models like Sean o pry and gandy making millions of dollars from modeling while having an even bigger nose than me so I figured out that it can't be that bad

Same for me from the front it looks upturned and from the side its huge, probably also because im recessed tho

For me its pretty obvious so idk bout you but my orthodontist told me that my mandible is was too far back and my braces are bringing it forward and you can also see on Pictures if you draw a straight line from your upper lip to lower lip or chin and the Line goes back, then you're recessed. Also If you chew food and your mandible is way further back than your maxilla while chewing(I think its calling overbite) or If your mandible is resting further back than the maxilla then most of the time recessed. Recession is only bad if maxilla is recessed or mandible is really recessed, if the mandible is only really slightly recessed its fine

Losing bf % - I think this would help alot because it seems as though you have decent bonestructure

Darker more aggresive and positively tilted eyebrows

Glasses to hide negative canthal tilt - (Optional)


Maintain a good diet and maximize puberty all the things you should already be doing blah blah

Nobody cares about how you look outside the internet, just have good hygiene,game, go to gym and then suck dick because youre fucking ugly

i got slight overbite and my chin its like not reccesed but not crazily projected just normal one

you have low test.
start testmaxxing and maybe you should hop on ashwaganda (relaxes you and kills of some emotion)
but you should atleast testmaxx you still have like 2 years of puberty to maximise your potential
 
i just made my nose upturned for like couple seconds and i look so much different like 2 different people lol its crazy
Yeah mine is already upturned because I have an really good maxilla (and upturned nose genetically ig) but from the side it still looks massive because of the big bump and because im recessed but from the front all fine
