Not sure, you probably have a good hairline so you can't go wrong with any sort of clean fade.

Seems bloated. Good eye area. I see some impurities on forehead. Get rid of it. Try BHA and good cleaner. If that doesn't work some medicines like Benzyl peroxide.
Jaw is bloated so can't rate. Good chin tough.

Yeah you can. Just soft man and you should get there. PSL wise (Chad jaw, Chad cheekbones etc.) you ain't that high but you have good harmony in face with those eyes and a unique face (in a positive way)
