My infra orbital rims are also recessed, i have ridges in my tongue from mewing and I have a deep bite, are these signs of a recessed maxilla?

asians have really good harmony generally so it doesnt even matter that much

yes but its common in asians. get a marpe if you can so your tongue can comfortably sit. though you arent badly developed, getting maxillary projection is basically impossible diy you have to get surgery for that if you are really dedicated. otherwise just expand a bit and androgenmaxx during puberty.
