That's a tough one. I'd have to say Stairway or Ramble On, maybe Dazed and Confused. Too much to choose from, too many on par flawless ones.

Starway to Heaven is arguably the best song ever made ngl even if it's too mainstream
Imo Best Second Band ever just behind the Beatles and maybe Pink Floyd
Kashmir however is my favorite personal one
But all of their songs are 8 PSL or close to it
