but tbh his blonde hair gives him higher appeal. not having blonde hair in Scandinavia is a big failo unless you have high tier bones. he should just dye his eyebrows

Just dyeing her eyebrows and using castor oil would be enough, blond hair is one of the best colors, but I still consider it too blond, probably a darker blond would be better or dark brown

I think it's mostly a matter of harmonization with the eyebrows.

yeah I think the brown is too intense for the hair, either he'd have to make the eyebrows lighter or hair slightly darker

Gotcha, and it looks like bumble (which I assume they dont use as much as tinder in Sweden if it's anything like in Denmark). Anyways, first step for you would be to read this guide:
