Eye area is one of the few things that are hard to change. All you can really do is hope androgens masculinizes your orbitals and brow ridge. The tilt is not gonna change

Best case scenario is surgery

Your eyebrow and eyelashes can be helped, however. Bimatropost and minox. Careful applying bima, will fuck your undereye fat pads if too much
