Below are pics both from Damians own IG. One looks like something that anyone would take if they just opened their front cam and took a pic (in the sense of the quality of the picture.) The other he has like shining perfect skin and jut looks glowing and more "fake"

What kind of touch ups would he have done in the second? Or none and he's just really gl? Is it just lighting? Is it filter? Is is some faceapp touch up? What is going on between the two pics?

Airbrush and faceapp in the 2nd pic with a better cam and perfect lightning. Subtle instagram filter on left

He probably also used tatto filter on snap or smth look at his neck. It adds a lot to your looks facially cuz i tried it @Amnesia

Yes both are without filters taking with the same phone but difference is first is taken with front camera while second is with back camera + flashlight on

This is probably an accurate representation of many instagram tik tok boys use of filters and photoshop. Its noticeably better but still doesn't look fake in any way.
