don't worry when youre done with puberty you should have less face fat, a thicker neck and bit sharper features,

also I think you may be suffering from bruxism if your jaw looks like that maybe

stop grinding idk, relax it, dont chew with it a lot, dont push it out, can also massage it sometimes.
my jaw looks very similiar to yours and i have tmj issues.

-low set/tall vertical height cheekbones
-Inward jaw contour with practically no definition of zygos, zygos are just very flat and/or vertically tall
-round gonions
-too tall ramus
-ipd
