Just go and watch some on youtube, plenty of information there. Though a lot is misleading. I recommend watching Jeff nippard and TNF Fitness if you want science based content.

Natty gymcelling means running PPLRULR or ULRULRR with like 2-3sets per muscle group with 4 - 6 reps with 0-1rir. Also use wrist cuffs and straps for back exercises.
