i used to too, and id never sleep, but i fixed it by going to sleep really early, making sure i didnt eat any time later than 5pm, cutting out any caffeine after 3pm and taking ashwaghanda daily, and cbd and magnesium before i slepti have sleep apnea![]()

i mean i get perfect 8 hours sleep every night now and wake up energised, personally for me cbd made a huge difference, it can play a key role in lowering cortisol to provide higher quality sleepdid u see any results or anything
