I turned 16 about a week ago and yesterday I went and got an xray of my growthplate I went and got it back today and they said my vertebrate bone was fused and my hip bone only had about 6 months to a year before they close and dude said I might only grow about half an inch to an inch. Me 5,10 pls tell me all ur heightmaxxing copes and methods so I can atleast be 6ft PLS BEBES
