Dye your eyebrows, and brush them down with like Vaseline to make them appear thicker. Wouldn’t recommend minoxidil cus ur 15

Hair is nappy and not groomed. Grow it out and get a protective hairstyle like cornrows or braids

Your jaw area is also too narrow
