Father is nw1 and I have had a bigass forehead since I was a kid. Also I haven't been out of my house in like 3 months, could it be due to vit deficiency? 10-12 hair strands are visible on the floor after shower and brushing.

If you don't have family history, I wouldn't worry about it.

Look at your mom's dad and your dad; if both are nw1, you are good.

are most hairs that fall shorter than half your hair lenght? Do you see smaller/thinner hairs on the corner of your hairline?
if one or both then, yes, you are balding.
