mine is concerta and totally different from adderal,doubles adderal s focus time and doesnt have a "breakout" also it is way more cheaper in my plug

The most important thing when studying for math exams is problem-solving ability. Solve questions on topics that tend to be on the exam and when you are stumped learn the concept through textbooks, yt, or online guides (imo textbooks are great and will provide lots of questions for the concepts).

Start slow, 1 hour/day for the first 2 months to get used to it, then ramp it up to 2 for the middle 2 and 3 for the final 2 months. Another thing is, if there are past exams do them as much as possible and review every time to cover the topics.

I recommend to do this first as a diagnostic and then do one every 2 weeks, then1 week, then in the final weeks before the exam do one every day. When doing practice exams always make sure to look over every question, and if you get something wrong, review the topic and try to solve the problem yourself even after seeing the solution/answer.

If you can afford, get a tutor but imo it's cope. I was a few points off qualing for my national math oly so if you need any help maybe PM me about the subjects.
