I bought an aromatase inhibitor Letrozole at a dose of 2.5 mg
and I will start taking it next Saturday

But I’m afraid of osteoporosis and those side effects, especially since I’m 16 years old

I asked a friend, and he told me to take a quarter of a pill every other day.

So I would like advice on what I should do fr?

To delay the closure of growth plates, and yes, I will take it myself + why do i need to make a blood work??

its important to not crash your e2 levels. i would start very low (dont know the exact dosages) wait a few weeks then up the dose till you find a good dose. you should notice quick side effects if your dose is too high and your e2 is too low.

the good thing about letrozole is that its a suicidal and irrevirsable ai

yea its okay. if you find a good dose you can just stay on it. after a few weeks you can do blood work to check where you are and adjust if needed

there are many things you can take. gh the obvious one but also different experimental things like ky19382, any fgfr3 inhibitor and other stuff. but dont expect much.

i drink ½ liter of raw milk and i abstained from processed foods and excess sugar
i also hit the gym and do a heavy lifts
And take supplements like creatine, D3+K2, and Multivitamin
ill get a magnesium soon too

BUT my sleep schedule is cooked i sleep late and like 6/7 hours
