I bought an aromatase inhibitor, Letrozole, at a dose of 2.5 mg, and I will start taking it next Saturday
But I’m afraid of osteoporosis and those side effects, especially since I’m 16 years old

I asked a friend, and he told me to take a quarter of a pill every other day.

So I would like advice on what I should do.

If ur too scared then just don't do it. Ur either willing to take the risks to achive what you want to achive or you just don't want it bad enough

I wouldn't rn since ur 16 but get an xray if u can to see if ur plates are even close to closing (also pls rep )

Ye up to 18 and then maybe a couple more cm at 19 unless u live a shit lifestyle. U don't gotta worry tho ull be minimum average height so don't stress too much

i drink ½ liter of raw milk and i abstained from processed foods and excess sugar
i also hit the gym and do a heavy lifts
And take supplements like creatine, D3+K2, and Multivitamin
ill get a magnesium soon too

BUT my sleep schedule is cooked i sleep late and like 6/7 hours

i drink ½ liter of raw milk and i abstained from processed foods and excess sugar
i also hit the gym and do a heavy lifts
And take supplements like creatine, D3+K2, and Multivitamin
ill get a magnesium soon too

BUT my sleep schedule is cooked i sleep late and like 6/7 hours

Ye fix ur sleep and ur lowk in a much better position than me
