My standard NHS (UK) braces are shifting my teeth loads and I am on the last wire before BSSO surgery, what position should i hold my jaw at for best aesthetic results as the surgery will extend my jaw to make my teeth fit together, I am wondering if I could get better results by holding it in a further back position. Is jutting good or bad rn? Please help
