Meeting calories, macro and micronutrients, drinking 1L of water daily, using multivitamin, Dut 0.5mg daily and topic 5% minoxidil and oral 0.1 ml (a month ago) yet I'm losing lots of hair and my hairline keeps on receding , I started this protocol a year ago when I was norwood 1.5 and now I'm almost 3

Try that I guess
I've been on it and I'm only experiencing the side effects, I've been measuring my forehead and hairline consistently and I'm noticing it just keeps on receding and I keep losing tons of hair

Losing lots of hair as in shedding? That doesn't necessarily mean miniaturization

Can be a seasonal shed

2.5 mg = 10% more hair growth (much more chance of side effects)

In that situation , you can better make you own dutasteride capsules with the powder

What do you want me to say
Pray to god
Didn't kevin man said its useless to buy topical dut as it doesn't penetrate or something and that better off with topical fin?

Yeah there has been discussions going on that topical dutasteride cannot be absorbed into the scalp.. (because its too big)

There is a lack of scientific evidence if this is true or not
Personally me I would not buy it

Is ru58841 strongest topical anti androgen or fluridil?

And to give you a add on to what I just said, when I personally get on trt, my hair got thicker.

And before I was low t and my hair was thin or thinning, despite it starting out thick. Then it got thin, I got on a TRT, and then it got super thick.

Have you consulted your doctor about this? A rapid progression from NW1 to NW3 within a year is highly unusual, especially while using the most effective hair loss prevention regimen known to man. There could be an underlying issue that needs medical attention. Also, if you're purchasing dutasteride online, ensure it's from a legitimate and reliable source.

Its expensive to get , how much dose:feelswhy:
Don't know where you're from, but dutasteride is not expensive in Europoor (unless you buy online). On avg 21c per 0.5mg capsule. So if you're spending more than 12-15 euros a month something's not right.

My doctor put me on dut as it's the only medication available, no I buy my dut straight up from the pharmacy I've noticed my libido increased, but my erection frequency and quality isn't that good

I guess I'm too sensitive to androgens given that a slight change in the lifestyle and I notice it quickly on my skin and gut

Baldness comes from inflammation parking DHT to do its magic on your hair. Sounds like your inflammation up there is in overdrive due to high mechanical stress head shape or poor blood flow from facial development or something. Gut dysbiosis can actually increase it also. Once that inflammation reaches a certain point calcification and fibrosis sets in making treatment much more difficult. It's why some people can nuke most DHT but not see any results.

It's in your genes. Nothing you can do

How to counter this issues?

I can we got meds I'm not losing hope until I certainly try everything and get no result

Do you feel the infamous DHT itch in the receding areas? Might be due to scalp tension

Yeah i do
Wtf? Even on Dut and you're still feeling the itch?

When I was on fin, it had completely eradicated it.

Do tense your eyebrows/forehead? (Frontalis, supraorbital nerve/artery) Can cause hairline tension, thus less blood flow then the itch occurs.

No I don't tense, I always make sure to wash and brush my hair so I at least stay away from the itching

Not going to lie if you started balding that early it's going to be a big fight. Hopefully your top of head shape or whatever is causing it to happen so quickly isn't at the most extreme level. I would say keep fighting DHT if the stuff isnt giving you bad side effects and start hard dermarolling 1.5 mm to help break up calcification and fibrosis. You need to also make sure you are taking supplemental magnesium and K2 to make sure the body is less likely to keep dropping calcium in that area inflaming it worse. Take a gram of taurine on empty stomach twice daily to reduce inflammation also. The K2 and magnesium is better taken with a meal. You may shed worse at first but it should help months down the road.

Made any progress bro? Duta is known to cause shedding and so is minox, so you could be shedding due to both of them.

BTW 2.5mg Dutasteride has shown it regrows more hairs than fin or min as monotherapy. Thatโ€™s what I have just started, will see where it takes me.

Is it worth just going on TRT without checking anything just to have optimal test levels? The amount of Test and roids I have lying about and not using is a joke.

My only concern is facial bloat and descending. Like I look at clavicular shredded, and he has 0 facial definition.

Even on low dosages:

Just go natty. You don't need roids. Creatine is good if you have skinny arms because it fills them out Abit. Eat lots of meat and eggs focus on being healthy.
I never felt great on test and I look younger and fresher off it

Probably because it's unatural and throws all over hormones out of balance.
I felt ok on 200mg and under but at the dosage there's no point you might as well be natty, and at higher dosages you have to manager all the sides and it ages your face.
Honestly no point in being on test unless your 50+ on trt or you are a bodybuilder who goes on stage.

Losing lots of hair as in shedding? That doesn't necessarily mean miniaturization

the most common baldcel cope (not attacking you, i remember reading this over and over again on lookism)

of course it does mean miniaturization (excluding rare cases where this is caused by actual, not "normie" stress, or some disease) - the entire process of losing hair is about them growing weaker in each cycle, so when they become weak and thin enough, they'll just fall out.

for context, i started shedding like crazy when i tried ssris for my shit energy; since this was happening exactly when i found lookism and learned about all this shit, i started freaking out and spent a couple of months reading everything i could find online about hairloss. stopped ssris and, some time later, realized i'm not even thinking about it anymore, because there was barely any hair on my shirts, pillow or shower cabin. those useless shit kikepills probably just accelerated whichever rate of hairloss i'm genetically predestined for. i didnt even stop taking them because of that, i just realized the periods overlapped perfectly.

so, unless the op is on similar pills or suffers from an undiagnosed disease, it's male androgenetic alopecia or whatever the name for that cancer is. also, if the hairs he is seeing around are short and thin, he is losing hair and it's not "something else."

Trust me, if shedding always meant miniaturization I'd be way worse off than I am today after shedding as much as I do for years
