be a good human and give 3 ascension or lifemaxxing advices here in this thread to help everyone so you could feel good. Just don't give obvious ones
My 3 ares :
Instead of doing normal chin tucks you should do upgraded version where you lie down and then chin tuck and raise neck to see your toes. Do this often to get rid of hyoid.
If anyone has dry damaged frizzy hair. Best way to get healthy wavy hair is to use conditioner very much and limit shampoo to once a week only. Use conditioner 1 hour before bath and little bit after bath and leave it there. 1 month of this and your hair will have healthy texture
Last one is to not use moisturizer often as it'll fuck make you oily af. Only use at night after tret and in morning only sunscreen
